Receptionist Seasonal

Job Description: As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for Hawks and you will provide administrative support to the accounting department. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are complete accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities: Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately; answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed; receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers; maintain security by following procedures and controlling access; perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, etc.

Job Hours: 8am to 5pm, Spring to Fall

Qualifications: Must be professional and detailed oriented. Candidate must have excellent mathematic and communication skills along with strong computer and organizational abilities. Must be knowledgeable in word processing and spreadsheet programs as well as be flexible and willing to quickly learn new tasks/applications. Ability to work well, quickly and accurately under pressure is a must. Experience in the landscape industry is a plus. Experience with SAGE100 (mas 90) a plus.
