Landscape Nursery Foreman

Job description:        Manage our nursery department in all aspects of its day-to-day nursery operations.  This includes the unloading of trucks, general plant care, tagging and assembling plant material for installation jobs, and assisting other departments within the company.  Some plant purchasing may be involved.

Qualifications:        Degree or equivalent work experience in Horticulture or related field. Must possess a strong working knowledge of woody plant material and the proper cultural practices needed to maintain the plants.  Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently or oversee a crew is a must.  Must be a team player and be willing to work long and flexible hours.
