Landscape Maintenance Laborers – Plant Bed Maintenance
Mintain through proper horticultural techniques, high-end residential and commercial properties. Duties would be inclusive of small tree/shrub pruning, herbaceous plant care and diagnosis and proper treatment of pests and diseases. Maintain annuals flower beds and Perennials along with the removal of unwanted vegetation in planting beds, parking lots and sidewalks. Be able to coordinate efforts with sales and production staff to insure that all work is being performed according to contractual and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent experience in Horticulture, Turf, Plant Pathology or related field. Must possess a strong working knowledge of ornamental plant identification, weed identification, associated pests and diseases and control measures and proper cultural methods appropriate to turf plants. Wisconsin pesticide applicator certification and licensing a plus.
