V.P. of Landscape Sales
Hawks Landscape is hiring a dynamic, energetic sales leader focused on driving results. The ideal candidate will have lead previous sales teams, experienced in landscape design and horticulture, in-depth customer service and sales, excellent business acumen and the ability to develop short and long term growth strategies.
The ideal candidate is a coach, mentor and resource for the sales team focused on managing the delicate balance of customer satisfaction and sales and profit growth. You will also work closely with senior leadership team developing strategies for the organization. The team is comprised of 18 sales and support staff of both great tenure and newer members.
Key skills include: Ability to estimate jobs for both commercial and residential clients; Strong sales results; Lead generation skills; excellent listening and presentation skills; and great coaching skills focused on goal achievement.

Hawks Landscape (an affiliate of the Hawks Nursery Company, Inc.), established in 1875, has been at its current location in Wauwatosa, WI (a suburb of Milwaukee) since 1923. At the high point of the season, Hawks employs more than 100 people.

- Landscape Design & Construction – Our Landscape Architects and Designers are able to design and direct the installation of landscapes of any complexity. Our construction crews install over four million dollars in landscaping each year.
- Landscape Maintenance – Our crews are experienced at handling all facets of landscape maintenance including fertilizations, bed care, turf management and technical tree and shrub care.
- Retail Landscape Design – This area of the company handles small to medium size landscape planning and installation sales as well as design and sales for our do-it-yourself clientele.
